Fulfillment center in the US
In March a lot of the focus for the support team at ION has been on the process of changing fulfillment centers in the US. Just as mentioned previously In the beginning of the year our fulfillment center in the US, at Funagain Logistics and Funagain Distribution informed us that they will be ceasing operation. We have now signed an agreement with a new fulfillment center, Ecomm3pl INC, and waiting for Funagain to release our inventory. This has caused delays in shipping new orders to the US, but all should be back on track by mid-April.
Interstellar and High Frontier 4 All module 4
In regards to production we have now sent all files for Interstellar, High Frontier 4 All module 4, High Frontier 4 All Tools 1 and reprint High Frontier 4 All 6th player add on to the manufacturer Longpack. They have been going through all files and sent us feedback on changes. We should soon receive the first physical copy of these, as digital samples. A digital sample is a sample that has been printed by a digital print machine. A digital sample is used to get a version of the game that is as correct as possible without starting the large and expensive to start-up offset presses. We double check this digital sample before giving the greenlight to start the presses.

It shows the basic layout, text and image sizes and positions. You also get a reasonable representation of color and paper quality but not completely accurate compared to offset press.

StegegetS Moomin
The files for StegegetS Moomin has been sent the manufacturer Ajanskart, in Turkey. The production will take about 6-8 week and then a couple of weeks for shipping to our fulfillment center in Germany and the UK. There will be rules in English, Finnish, Swedish and Polish available in the box.
