Delivery Times

If all items in your order are in stock, your package is usually delivered within 10–20 working days.
Please note that some shipments may first go through a local hub before reaching you, which can slightly extend delivery times (see table below for regional estimates).

For pre-orders, the estimated delivery date is shown in the product description. These dates are subject to change, but we’ll keep you updated on our website if any delays occur.

Shipping Restrictions

If you see the message “No shipping methods found for this country” at checkout, it means that we currently have difficulties shipping there.
Please contact us at info@iongamedesign.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship directly to South America due to logistical challenges. However, our games are available through our official Brazilian distributor, Mosaico Jogos.

Depending on the delivery method, you may need to pick up your order at a specific location. Please do so within the time stated in your delivery notification.
If a package is not collected in time, additional fees may apply, and the shipment might be returned at your expense.

We reserve the right to cancel unclaimed orders.

Shipping Fees & Customs

Shipping fees shown at checkout cover transport only.
Local customs authorities or courier services (such as UPS) may apply additional import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tip: For orders over 20 kg, it’s often cheaper to split your order into multiple smaller shipments shipping rates increase significantly beyond that weight.
