Missing/ damaged components
If your English version of an ION game is missing components or contains damaged parts, please fill out the following form. You will receive an automatically generated confirmation once your request is received.
Before reaching out, we kindly ask that you unpack all contents and check carefully.
Please note:

We do not replace game boxes. Inserts (plastic or cardboard) are only replaced if damaged during shipping. In that case, please contact the contact the courier.

For localized versions of our games, please contact the appropriate language publisher directly.
Shipping limitations:
Due to repeated delivery issues, we cannot ship replacement parts directly to Mexico, South America, Iran, or parts of Africa. However, we’re happy to send replacements to a forwarding address in another region (such as a friend or family).
Our goal is to ensure your game is complete and playable. We’ll always do our best to replace key components. For small, non-essential tokens, we ask for your understanding especially when shipping internationally.
NOTE! Missing components are sent from our office in Stockholm, Sweden, once a month and sent untracked which also can add some extra shipping time.
