We do not replace game boxes. Inserts (plastic or cardboard) are only replaced if damaged during shipping. In that case, please contact the courier.

Shipping limitations

We don't ship replacement parts directly to Mexico, South America, Iran, or parts of Africa. However, we’re happy to send replacements to a forwarding address in another region (such as a friend or family).
Our goal is to ensure your game is complete and playable. We’ll always do our best to replace key components. For small, non-essential tokens, we ask for your understanding especially when shipping internationally.
Missing components are sent from our office in Stockholm, Sweden, once a month and sent untracked which also can add some extra shipping time.
