Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of delivery of the last item in their order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return or cancellation?

To start a return or cancellation, log in to your account HERE and go to your Orders. You can also contact us at info@iongamedesign.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

We provide a return shipping label for accepted returns. If you choose to use your own return method, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Standard outbound shipping costs are included in your refund. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products, digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
